WordMaster — Privacy Policy

WordMaster ("the App") is a free, ad-supported word-guessing game. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, why it is collected, and how it is handled. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Crash reports	Stack traces, device model, OS version, app version	Diagnosing crashes via Firebase Crashlytics.
Local game progress	Daily challenge progress, statistics (stored only on your device via shared preferences)	Resuming your game and showing stats. Never leaves the device.

We do not collect: your name, email, phone number, precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone input, or any payment information. The App contains no in-app purchases.

2. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob — serves banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. See Google's ads policy.
Firebase (by Google) — Analytics and Crashlytics. See Firebase privacy.

3. Advertising & Consent

For users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, the App displays a Google UMP consent form on first launch, letting you choose between personalized and non-personalized ads. You can change this choice later in the Settings screen.

4. Children's Privacy

WordMaster is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the App, please contact us and we will delete any associated data.

5. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics and crash data are retained for up to 14 months by Firebase. Local data (progress, stats) is kept on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its storage.

6. Your Rights

You can:

Reset your Android Advertising ID from your device settings.
Clear app data (Settings → Apps → WordMaster → Storage → Clear data).
Request deletion of your associated data by emailing us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app's release notes. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
